Lagree for Life: Sustainable Fitness Workshop
On Saturday, March 25 from 1-2:15 p.m. join Rachel Carter of Integrated Therapeutics and the Fierce45 team in an exploration of the most common injuries found in an active, athletic population and appropriate alignment specific to the Lagree Method. Learn several, take-home skills to utilize in every workout and throughout daily functional activities to make fitness sustainable in everyday life.
Follow this interactive workshop by signing up for the 2:30 class led by Torrey. Rachel and Fierce45 coaches will be offering hands-on adjustments during the class to reinforce the concepts learned in the workshop.
