Congratulations to all of our Mega March Challengers! The Mega March Challenge was our strongest, fiercest, most badass month yet. You completed 7,925 (!!!!) classes in 31 days, 152 of you did 21 classes in the month and three of you won a month of unlimited classes.

If you took part in all of that badassery, you can probably agree that Fierce45 goes beyond a workout. There is no doubt that we love the physical benefit and transformation to our bodies, but let’s not forget about the transformations that we can’t necessarily see, but can feel. Fierce45 pushes you to tap into your physical strength to build your mental strength.  

Each, low and slow squat, pike-to-plank, reverse wheelbarrow and donkey kick challenges your focus and concentration, letting you slip into a meditative state and build a stronger mind-body connection. The benefits of meditation are well documented, and a stronger mind-body connection means more awareness of your body, which can lead to fewer injuries. The mental strength you build in each 45-minute full-body workout gives you the confidence to live a life that inspires you to be the best version of yourself.
