Rachel has been a staple of our #FierceFam since 2015 and her classes are always inspiring. While you must be a fully dedicated morning person to get into her classes (hello 5am), we promise it will be worth it when her killer beats drop and infectious energy enters the room.

Three words to describe your classes?  Rewarding, energizing, and inspiring

 

Who/what is your spirit animal?  Lana Del Rey

 

Favorite workout/class music?  2000’s Rap & Hip-hop for EXPLICIT classes and dance/pop otherwise

 

Favorite move on the machine?  High Plank Hero (SAVAGE)

 

What is your favorite thing about the Fierce45 community?  Everyone is incredibly encouraging, kind, and fun (even at 5am!)

 

Why do you love teaching at Fierce45? What sets Fierce45 apart from different fitness studios?

I love our students, they are so driven. Just knowing that I’m motivating them throughout class and helping them reach their goals and it is incredibly humbling. It makes me want to push myself to develop challenging and creative routines.

 

Why do you love Fierce Movement as a method?  Fierce45 is so addicting, mentally and physically, you begin to crave that core burn and shake.

 

 Tell us a fun fact about you!  Post grad school I took a 6 week road-trip to 13 different national parks and became obsessed with Montana.
