How long have you been teaching at Fierce45? Since December of 2017

Three words to describe your classes? Stop Stopping Yourself

Favorite workout/class music? Loud music always and a challenging, balanced full body workout

Favorite move on the machine? Heavy Table Top Press w/ the black foot-strap

What is your favorite thing about the Fierce45 community?

It is the most uplifting and empowering community I have ever experienced. The continuous positive energy and the constant drive for success mentally and physically is incomparable to any other.

Why do you love teaching at Fierce45?

I love teaching at Fierce45 for the community as well as the opportunity to empower others. In the short time I have been coaching it has been amazing to see clients on a weekly basis challenge themselves to grow while taking class. Our bodies and minds are so powerful and I’m so thankful to help try to bring the best of that out in clients. Again, what sets us apart, our community and client engagement is like no other.

Why do you love Fierce Movement as a method?

I love that Fierce Movement is a physical and mental method. The method has not only changed my body physically but most importantly, mentally. It’s amazing where your mind goes when you’re shaking like crazy on the machine and being encouraged to push through!

Tell us a fun fact about you!

I’m obsessed with my dogs, Waylon and Ace!!

We love ourselves some Jaclyn. Catch her classes Wash Park and Lohi. You won't regret it.
