Fierce 5: Hydration

Don't let the warm weather make you dehydrated. Fierce Movement requires proper nutrition and hydration to see results and keep you in the best shape possible. Drinking plain water can get old, so here's a few combos to get you sippin' more of the good stuff. 

Pro tip: Put all of your ingredients into a french press overnight in the fridge. When you wake up press down your flavor infusers and pour the infused water into a mason jar to store until you're ready to drink it that day.
