We would love for every customer to be completely in love with their purchase, but if you do not love your items after they’re received, we hope to make it as easy as possible to return them.
We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY VIA A PROMO CODE (shipping charges not included) for online purchases within 14 DAYS upon the day of receiving of your item. For in-store pick-ups, you may return within 14 DAYS of pick-up.
All returned items must have original tags attached, not be worn or washed, and be in perfect reselling condition. If you feel your items are incorrect or damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt by emailing email@example.com.
SALES are FINAL on intimate & beauty items and any items sold from our “SALE” category. No refunds will be made on returned “SALE”, intimate, or beauty merchandise.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT:
Please complete a Return Form, included in your order. If you lost it, an additional return form may be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the completed Return Form in the package with the item(s) you want to return.
You may return the package in one of the following ways:
1. In-person to the West Wash Park Studio 527 E. Mississippi Ave. Denver, CO 80210 on weekdays (M-F) between the hours of 7:30am-10am, or 4pm-6pm, or Saturdays 8am-11am
2. You may ship the items back to “Fierce45 Online Store, West Wash Park Studio, 527 E. Mississippi Ave. Denver, CO 80210” at your own shipping cost.
Once you have physically returned the item(s) with the completed return form, you will be sent an email containing a unique promo code which will discount that dollar amount towards your next purchase.
