DUDES WHO LAGREE: BEN HIGGINS
Ben Higgins, our studdliest poster-boy turned Lagree addict and fitness model (sometimes against his will), has been gracing our studios with his grunts and groans since January. If you've been living under a rock for the past year, Ben was the star of ABC's The Bachelor (season 20) and hails from Indiana.
We want to make a lot of rose and love puns rn, but we know Ben is SO MUCH MORE than his television premiere. Since starting Fierce45 classes consistently, Ben has seen a huge improvement in posture, flexibility, and recovery from his ACL injury. He helps run a non-profit (shoutout to humanityandhopeunited.org) and has a "real job" in his off time (even though he could definitely be a part or full time model).
Read Ben's story below and get the dude of your dreams on this machine ASAP
When did you start Fierce45?
Back in January of 2017.
What ran through your head in your first class?
Why am I so weak, why am I so tired, why do I like this so much?
How many classes have you completed so far?
I have been to 23 classes so far!
What changes have you seen in your body since you started this method?
My hips have always been weak causing my posture to be poor, but after a few months of Lagree I can already tell a difference in my posture and hip strength along with flexibility in all joints.
What is your favorite part of this method/studio?
It pushes me and also challenges me no matter who is leading the class, who is in the class, or what exercises the class consists of. I know every class will be a good class as long as my attitude is positive.
Why do you think Lagree is beneficial for men specifically?
Men will benefit a ton from Lagree. Every exercise can add a new physical benefit to a male. It may not get you thick and "big" but it will get you lean, long, and strong.
What do you do outside of the studio (job, hobbies, etc.)?
I work at an office, I run, I play basketball, I play golf, I cook, I go to church, I try to follow God's plan for my life but mostly I just live a pretty simple life.
We love Ben and everything he embodies. He has been our biggest fan since his first class and we love having him in our community.
